I am a licensed acupuncturist who focuses on addressing and treating the root cause of conditions, giving symptoms a chance to resolve. I believe acupuncture awakens the body’s natural ability to establish equilibrium and connection by tapping into the healing that already exists within.

In my practice, I approach treatment through a trauma-informed lens and offer a judgement-free space where safety is of utmost importance. I have treated acute and chronic physical pain, migraines, headaches, anxiety, stress-related conditions, allergies, women’s health (such as PMS, menopause symptoms, fertility support, and discomfort during pregnancy), as well as mental & emotional distress.

My passion is treating the manifestations of stress and trauma, and how it affects an individual personally, relationally, systemically, and collectively.

I am open to treating individuals of any background. My clients have included: children, teenagers, adults, and senior citizens. I may not relate to your experiences, but I am willing to listen and hold space for you.
